Artificial shrimp can be fished in a variety of manners. Fished properly, they can be more effective than life shrimp. This lure will catch any fish that eats shrimp. It gets as many bites as live shrimp and this lure has a “live shrimp” look and swimming action. Fish with a popping cork in the same manner as live shrimp, retrieve it slowly, popping the cork and letting the lure fall slowly. Another method is to let the lure sink, then twitch it off the bottom. You can also make it jump across the surface as live shrimp do, when being chased by prey fish. It is fun to use artificial lures. Lures that resemble bait fish and methods that mimic a bait fish will cause fish to strike your lure.
