The lateral line running down the side of a fish is a series of nerves, that, allows predator fish to be able to locate bait fish. The lateral line is used like radar, when fleeing bait fish swim, they create vibrations and a small wake or vortex. The Hoginar and the Hoga-Nator© lure sends out vibrations and a wake. When you pull your lure through the strike zone, fish will follow the wake to your lure. Predator fish can locate bait fish in complete darkness. The Hoginar© and the Hoga-Nator© lure works good at night, on cloudy days, or in murky water, cast and retrieved, trolled, worked on the bottom, also good in the surf.
